Kim Fouche

As the Head of Software Development at SYSPRO, Kim is responsible for the complete oversight and timeous delivery of a superior product from the development team.

Kim and her development team aim to deliver high-quality enhancements while providing a swift turnaround time on customer tickets. Kim is also responsible for the UX and Standards committees, ensuring customers have a good user experience when the product is released. One of Kim’s greatest passions is growing people, which is why she is so passionate about the development internship program she leads, this passion then exudes into mentoring people outside the development team.

Kim enjoys the fast-paced development environment and is a motivated multi-tasker offering an exceptionally customer centric mindset, problem-solving doctrine, and is a well skilled communicator, assisting in understanding and articulating unique requirements while developing value-added solutions.
